Being new to the team in Menasha for the grooming salon, I am giving 5 stars. Because this place is amazing!!!! Not only are they awesome with the dogs here but they treat the crew and memebers like family. My pup had so much fun today at the daycare!!! Couldnt have dreamed of a better place to work and grow my career!!! The owners are awesome!!! the staff is so welcoming!! And everyone is so helpful and understanding!!!!!

We take the dog there for overnights and baths. We think she has fun, because she is exhausted when she comes back. When she gets a bath, she looks great and smells good.

Love this place! They know my dog by name and we only go a few days a month. My dog literally drags me in she is so excited. Also love the camera so we can see what our dog is doing during the day.

We have been bringing out dog there since she was about 8 weeks old. We/she loves it there. She gets to run and play all day while we are at work. She comes home as one tired puppy! We also get her groomed there and are very happy with the communication we have with the groomer. Very happy overall with the place!

My dog loves it here! The second we take out his "daycare collar" he gets excited to go. For an energetic dog like mine, this is the perfect place for him to socialize and exercise. All of the employees are great too!

My dogs love this place. They get to play for hours. The staff is friendly. After the dogs get home they sleep for 24 hours. A tired dog is a happy dog.

Been taking my black lab here for years! The service has always been great and the staff shows great care for all the dogs! Buddy (my dog) loves it there... we can't say "Tail waggers" until we are ready to head out the door otherwise he goes crazy until we finally head out the door. What I love best is that the dogs get to interact with each other during the day insted of being locked in a kennel for the majority of the time that they are kenneled, and that Tail Waggers require that each new dog come in to be sure that they will interact with other dogs well. For all the reviews that I have read, all I can do is reasure anyone that is considering TailWaggers for boarding or daycare that the staff takes great care of all the dogs, and in all of my years of checking the doggie cam, I can say that the conditions are very sanitiory given the situation of having 20 or 30 dogs in an open bay for 12 hours. You have to ask your self... would you rather have your dog interacting and playing with others or have them sitting in a 4' x 4' cage? and if you decide on the dogs interacting and playing then you should also realize that it also means that they might come home (actually will) dirty and may have a some minor sratches, ect... that kind of comes with the whole dogs playing thing! I've had some horrible experiences with other kennels in the area, and since I've found Tailwaggers I now longer feel guilty for having to board Buddy for a weekend, because he loves it and I know the staff will take care of him! Awesome place with awesome staff and ownership!

We have been taking our pooch here for weeks now and we are very happy with how they treat our buddy. We were nervous because he was a rescue (does he think we won't come back for him?) and he is afraid of new things sometimes. We love how he comes home from a long day pooped out so we can relax. Well worth it to us when we have to work long days or have to be out of town for the weekend. They really take great care of our dog-child as we would expect!

Been taking our puppy there since she was 2 1/2 months old and she loves it, cannot wait to get in the door. Staff know her by name, play with all the dogs and been very accommodating even with our crazy schedule. In summer they have a pool to play in, large indoor and outdoor play areas, toys, treats and even grooming and boarding services. Been a loyal customer since 4/2007 and would not hesitate recommending them.
